2. No Investment Advice

The Apex Trading Clash is a trading competition intended to track performance on a public leaderboard. Nothing on this site, including any videos, tier structures, or leaderboard rankings, constitutes financial, investment, or trading advice, and should not be relied upon as such. All trading decisions made during the Competition are made independently by each participant.

3. Past Performance

Past performance, including performance shown on the Competition leaderboard, is not indicative of future results. A high ranking or Final Score does not guarantee similar results for any other participant.

4. Independent Decision-Making

Participants are solely responsible for their own trading decisions, strategies, and risk management. We do not monitor, endorse, or take responsibility for the trading activity of any participant.

5. Capital at Risk

Your Shark Exchange deposit, and any funds you trade with during the Competition, remain fully at risk throughout. The Clean-Slate reload rule affects how your Competition score is calculated; it does not protect, insure, or reimburse any actual trading losses on your account.

6. No Liability for Trading Losses

Neither the organizer, The Bengal Trader, nor any affiliated party is liable for any trading losses incurred by participants during or as a result of the Competition.
