1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for or participating in The Apex Trading Clash (the “Competition”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not register for or participate in the Competition.

2. Eligibility & Account Requirements

  • You must make a minimum deposit of ₹10,000 into your Shark Exchange account to enter the Competition and unlock the Tier 1 multiplier.
  • Your Shark Exchange account must be opened using The Bengal Trader’s official registration link. Accounts opened outside this link will not be tracked on the leaderboard and will be disqualified.
  • Completion of KYC verification on your Shark Exchange account is required to activate trading and appear on the leaderboard.
  • Each participant may hold only one active leaderboard entry per Competition cycle.

3. Competition Duration & Mechanics

The Competition runs for 30 consecutive days from your registration confirmation date. Participants must execute a minimum of 3 trades per week to keep their account active on the leaderboard. Accounts that fall below this minimum may be removed from the leaderboard at the organizer’s discretion.

4. Tier Multipliers & Reload Rule

Your deposit tier determines your score multiplier: Tier 1 (₹10,000+) at 1.0x, Tier 2 (₹50,000+) at 1.5x, and Tier 3 (₹1,00,000+) at 2.0x. Additional deposits made during the Competition may unlock a higher tier at any time.

If your active ROI falls into a loss, your leaderboard score resets to 0% ROI on your new capital base (“Clean-Slate Wipe”) — prior losses are not counted against you going forward. If you are in profit, your profit carries over and continues to be calculated against your new total capital base (“Profit Carryover”).

5. Leaderboard & Final Score

Final Score is calculated as Active ROI % × Deposit Tier Multiplier. The leaderboard reflects data reported by Shark Exchange and may not update instantaneously. The organizer reserves the right to correct leaderboard errors, remove entries that violate these Terms, and make final determinations on ranking disputes.

6. Prize Pool & Distribution

The total prize pool is ₹1,50,000, awarded as follows: 1st place ₹80,000, 2nd place ₹50,000, and 3rd place ₹20,000, based on final leaderboard ranking at the close of the Competition. Prizes are distributed within 7 business days of the Competition’s official end date to the winner’s registered Shark Exchange account. Winners may be required to complete additional identity verification before a prize is released.

7. Disqualification

The organizer reserves the right to disqualify any participant, at any time, for: opening a Shark Exchange account outside the official registration link, failing to meet the active execution rule, providing false information, or engaging in fraudulent, manipulative, or abusive trading activity intended to distort leaderboard rankings.

8. Risk Acknowledgment

Trading involves substantial risk, including the potential loss of your entire capital. Participation in the Competition does not guarantee any profit and is not a recommendation or endorsement of any particular trading strategy. Please see our Risk Disclosure for further detail.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the organizer and its affiliates shall not be liable for any trading losses, missed profits, technical failures, or leaderboard inaccuracies arising from your participation in the Competition.

10. Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued participation in the Competition after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.
